Established in 1993, RJS Construction is a licensed Class A Virginia General Contractor specializing in residential and commercial construction and renovation projects. Ron Savino, Jr., the Owner and President of RJS Construction, is a carpenter by trade with more than 30 years of experience in residential home building, custom renovations, major additions, and commercial, school, office, and church construction and renovation.

RJS Construction employs in-house carpenters to ensure a superior level of quality. We also work with a group of established, licensed professional subcontractors in specialty trades, many of whom we have partnered with for years. Our qualified management personnel, from Project Managers to Superintendents, are well-versed in the construction trade and personally oversee all projects from start to finish. Mr. Savino practices a hands-on approach and is personally involved with each project.

RJS Construction, Inc. operates on a referral-only basis. We do not advertise; all our projects come to us through referrals from satisfied customers, many of whom we have worked with on multiple projects. Over the years, we have established a proven track record of quality work. References from our satisfied customers are available upon request. Our objective is to deliver a quality project in a timely manner and at a competitive price.
